Kendra Silver believes counseling can be a powerful tool to help restore balance in one's life and relationships. She believes you seek out counseling to find the support and help you need to make changes in your life. Kendra offers a caring, supportive environment for you to explore yourself, your situation, and your relationships.

Kendra utilizes a systems approach to therapy and primarily employs solution focused interventions. Solution focused therapy capitalizes on the already existing strengths and resources of the family or individual.
