M.S., LPCC

Sometimes we find ourselves lost in thoughts and feelings about the past or the future, which take us away from the present, and blur our vision of the world, or of ourselves.  This can happen to anyone, regardless of age, upbringing, and culture.  Alyssa is here to remind you that that is okay.  She also understands that our children are the most precious things in this world, and sometimes, because of a variety of different possible circumstances, they too need some additional guidance.  She acknowledges the intricacies of family relations, and the weight which they sometimes carry.

With warmth and acceptance, Alyssa provides a safe space for you and your loved ones to work through past experiences, present feelings, and future worries, towards healing, self-improvement, and growth.  She recognizes that change is sometimes hard and can take time, and she will be there to guide you through it, every step of the way.  She is here to help you (re)discover the worth you already possess inside, and guide you to realize that who you are is already enough.
