Life includes unforeseen obstacles that can leave anyone feeling unbalanced, often affecting self, relationships, home, school and work. At these times, it is important to find a place to feel heard.
Brittany White is passionate about everyone having access to such a space to address these challenges and to rediscover versions of selves that have been affected by life events. She brings the important ingredients of trust and warmth to sessions, as she understands that beginning and participating in therapy takes courage. Brittany believes in every client’s internal strengths to heal, and provides the tools and support to engage one’s natural healing process. Through a compassionate, caring, and collaborative environment, she helps clients achieve their visions of growth, fulfillment, and success. Brittany encourages active participation and helps focus on empowerment to address healthier patterns individually as well as in relationships.

Brittany White obtained her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and has worked extensively with trauma in a non-profit setting. Additionally, Brittany is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She is a Certified Crisis Prevention and Intervention Instructor (CPI Instructor).
Brittany spent a number of years working with individuals and groups in a community mental health setting assisting clients struggling with substance abuse and addiction issues. She also has extensive experience helping people recover from the effects of verbal, emotional, mental, physical, and sexual abuse. Brittany has had the privilege to counsel individuals, groups, adults, teens, adolescents, and students.
