Brittney believes that in this fast paced world with many challenges, counseling can provide the time for that much needed self-care, growth, or change.  Brittney provides a warm, safe space for individuals and families to work through challenges and find solutions. Brittney Lee believes that through her authenticity, non-judgment, and humor, individuals and families can work towards true progress and improvement in their lives.

At Foundations, Brittney Lee works to help clients seeking support for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to:

Brittney earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University.  Brittney Lee is a Registered Psychotherapist in the state of Colorado.  Brittney has a strong interest in helping others achieve more fulfilling and healthy lives.  She has over ten years’ experience working in the medical field helping facilitate health to many individuals.  That interest led her to pursue an advanced degree in clinical mental health counseling. Brittney has experience working with a variety of individuals to help them overcome anxiety and trauma as well as assisting individuals with career direction and life goals.
