Life has a way of catching us unaware, whether it’s the stresses of daily living, debilitating depression, or the loss of a relationship. The end result is often the same; our coping strategies become exhausted and our relationships crumble. We are left feeling isolated, devoid of value, and with no real sense of direction. However, there is hope. Through enduring compassion and collaboration in your work with Chelsea Follett, you will begin to understand, address, and integrate the issues that have overcome your ability to live your ideal life.
“You’ve always had the power, my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself.”

She has extensive experience providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Chelsea Follett has also worked as a Family Support Coordinator within the field of organ donation. After the sudden and tragic passing of a loved one, Chelsea would provide emotional support, guidance, and counseling to families that altruistically agreed to the gift of organ donation. Her work with grieving families ignited her passion to join a private practice environment in the counseling field and journey with individuals as they grow and overcome hardships.
