"No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell." – Carl Jung.

At some point in our lives, we are hit with an overwhelming feeling that we are not okay… that life is too much a burden to carry alone. There's something to say for the struggles we go through in life to come out the other side. It seems that no significant change occurs unless it is preceded by chaos and work. Being able to lean on someone during this time is crucial to surviving and thriving during life's dark times. It is through the trials and pains of existence that we are pushed to grow and change.

Katrina Austin believes it is her responsibility as your therapist to be a mirror for you because, after all, you are the master of your own life. She is here to provide you with resources and skills to make it through hardships while ensuring you remain authentic to who you are and what works best for you.
