With compassion, she offers feedback which leads to growth and insight. Libby has a passion for providing a safe and welcoming space for her clients to experience positive change.

 

At Foundations Counseling, Libby Sullivan works with a wide variety of clients who may be seeking services that include:

Libby has a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver and two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Psychology and one in Anthropology from Marquette University. Libby utilizes techniques from Cognitive–Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

 

Libby has been involved in supporting clients for several years. She began working with individuals seeking assistance in re-entering society once they served their allotted time in prison. While there, Libby was inspired to continue to an advanced degree in psychological counseling. She has extensive experience working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and struggles with boundaries.
