Why Join the Rebuilding Seminar?
The culmination of a relationship can undoubtedly be one of the most challenging periods we have ever navigated. This transition is often dark, and the prevailing culture provides limited support during these trying times, leaving many feeling isolated and misunderstood. Friends and family may offer well-intentioned advice, yet their responses are often misguided, leaving us feeling even more isolated and stuck in an endless healing process.
Moreover, without proper guidance and support, there's a tangible risk of repeating unhealthy relationship patterns, perpetuating a cycle of pain and misunderstanding. This is where the Rebuilding Seminar steps in, offering a beacon of hope since its inception in 1993.
What We Offer:
Our 10-week Rebuilding Seminar is meticulously designed to expedite your recovery from divorce and loss, empowering you to reclaim joy and confidence in weeks—not years. The program is a well-balanced blend of extensive class exercises, focused small-group work, and engaging social activities, all crafted to establish a community of trust and long-term friendships.
How It Works:
Under the expert facilitation of therapists and dedicated volunteers—themselves, Rebuilding Seminar graduates—both small group sessions and social activities are conducted with utmost empathy and understanding. Participants find themselves in a confidential, safe, and strictly non-dating environment that respects their personal space and pace of healing.
The larger class size not only ensures a diverse and supportive community but also fosters the creation of an active social network. This network often outlasts the seminar itself, with participants staying connected, supporting each other, and participating in exclusive Rebuilding gatherings and activities for years post-graduation.
Who Leads the Seminar:
The upcoming Rebuilding Seminar will be spearheaded by experienced therapists and facilitators Bob Manthy and Shea Karam. They will be supported by a handpicked team of Foundations therapists and Rebuilding graduates, who will meticulously organize online connections and facilitate discussion groups, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for all participants.
