When it comes to therapy, Sarah Landry’s philosophy is simple: no one should be alone during the difficult times in life. She has always had the personal belief that everyone has a story to tell and this story should be heard. Nothing is more healing than having someone there when a helping hand is needed most. Sarah also firmly believes in the power of humor both in and out of therapy. Sometimes it is essential to take time where clients can have the opportunity to simply laugh and acknowledge the good life has to offer.
