Tiffani Garner brings empathy and compassion to the therapeutic relationship, while remaining neutral and non-judgmental.  Her relationship with her clients is instrumental in facilitating healing, change, and growth.  Tiffani works to ensure that trust and openness is developed during the therapy process.  Working together with her clients, she utilizes experiential approaches to bring awareness into the here and now, thus integrating pieces of the new self.  Tiffani Garner believes people have the ability to heal from their experiences and grow to live a more fulfilling life, both in the present and beyond.

At Foundations Counseling, Tiffani Garner works with a variety of clients who seek services including:

Tiffani Garner is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate.  She attended Regis University in Denver, CO for both her Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree.  She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology.  Tiffani utilizes techniques and approaches from Gestalt Therapy, Existentialism, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Tiffani Garner has also worked on an ambulance for 10 years as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).  Working as a first responder was an extraordinary experience where Tiffani discovered her deep desire to help others, which propelled her into the field of counseling.  As a former first responder, Tiffani understands the struggles that the profession can bring into daily life.  Tiffani has a passion for working with first responders, which includes breaking barriers and eliminating stigmas associated with asking for help.

Tiffani Garner is a Colorado native and loves all that this wonderful state has to offer.  When she has time, Tiffani enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her family, and walking her two dogs.
