Why Aubri?
Aubri Sherman understands that pressure can come from every direction—school, sports, work, relationships—and sometimes it becomes overwhelming. It’s easy to get stuck in stress, comparison, or self-doubt when expectations feel constant, and rest feels out of reach. Aubri offers a calm, grounded space where clients can take a breath, let go of performance mode, and simply be human.
Aubri is someone who truly listens. She shows up with presence and care, creating a safe space for people to talk through what they’ve been carrying quietly. Whether you’re a teen dealing with school pressure, an adult facing a life change, or a couple struggling to connect, Aubri brings empathy and clarity to the process.
Her style is collaborative—never one-size-fits-all. She works with each client to explore their goals, identify strengths, and find practical tools that actually fit their life. Aubri doesn’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level advice. Instead, she helps clients dig into what’s really going on beneath the surface of the stress, so they can make meaningful changes that last.
Aubri’s background in sport and performance psychology informs her practice. She supports clients who push themselves hard, helping them untangle self-worth from achievement and understand the mind-body connection. She blends evidence-based practices with expertise in motivation, resilience, and high expectations.
She is especially passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults—but she’s just as comfortable supporting adults navigating life transitions, burnout, or the need to re-center after a hard season. Clients often say that working with Aubri helps them feel more confident, more grounded, and better able to face what’s next.
