About Katie

Katie Tiffany believes healing happens through connection, not by trying to “fix” people, but by helping them feel seen, supported, and respected. Clients say she is warm, direct, and grounded. If you are carrying trauma, facing a transition, or looking for your own strength, Katie offers a safe place to process and move forward.

Katie’s therapy is based on being genuine. She may not have all the answers, but she supports people as they find their own. Using a relational, strengths-based approach, she helps clients focus on what matters most, face challenges, and build lives that feel right for them. Her style blends practical tools with emotional insight, always focusing on the client’s needs and pace.

Katie helps clients work through anxiety, self-doubt, relationship issues, burnout, grief, and family conflict. She also supports people dealing with generational trauma, social challenges, identity questions, and big life changes, like starting over or taking on a new role. She brings patience, focus, and clinical skill, helping people reconnect with their ability to heal and grow.

Before becoming a counselor, Katie spent twenty years managing people and systems in hospitality and nonprofit leadership. This experience taught her how to support others in stressful situations, lead with integrity, and handle complex challenges. She brings the same clarity, steadiness, and compassion to her work as a therapist.

Katie sees therapy as a partnership where clients feel empowered, not labeled. She gives helpful feedback, offers space when needed, and believes in each person’s ability to change—not by becoming someone else, but by reconnecting with parts of themselves that may have been ignored.
