About
Karen Ragland knows that change—whether expected or sudden—can leave us feeling unsteady. In those moments, she believes therapy offers not only relief, but the opportunity to rediscover your strength, your purpose, and your sense of self.
Karen brings warmth, empathy, and a steady presence to every session. Her style is down-to-earth and human-first, shaped by real-world experience and a deep respect for her clients' stories. Whether you're facing anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or a life transition, Karen meets you with compassion and curiosity, helping you find clarity and confidence in the face of change.
With a background that spans healthcare, corporate leadership, and parenting, Karen understands the layered complexity of modern life. She connects easily with clients across ages and stages—children working through emotional regulation, teens navigating identity and school stress, adults balancing careers and relationships, or couples working to rebuild connection.
Clients often describe Karen as grounded, honest, and refreshingly real. She believes growth doesn't always come from massive change—it comes from doing the next right thing, one step at a time.
